This notice explains how Astrosia Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”) handles the information you share when you join the Astrosia Legal pre-launch waitlist. Last updated 23 October 2026.
What we collect
Your name, work email, business name and, if you choose to share them, your WhatsApp number, city, business type, team size, plan interest and main legal concern. We also record the date of signup, your referral link activity, campaign source (for example, which ad you came from) and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
- To manage your place on the waitlist and invite you when memberships open.
- To send launch updates by email or WhatsApp, which you agreed to when joining.
- To understand what businesses need so we can shape the membership and AI workspace.
- To credit referrals and keep the waitlist free of spam.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with law firms or legal professionals at this pre-launch stage. Please don’t submit confidential case details through the waitlist form.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until launch and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you become a member (then the member terms apply) or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving updates, at any time by writing to support@astrosia.com. Every update email will also include a way to opt out.
